If you are unhappy with the condition of the fresh flowers on delivery, you must inform us within 24 hours. We may need you to provide a photo of the flowers to assess the issue with them. If at our sole discretion, the flowers do not meet our high freshness standards, we will give you the choice of a free replacement at our next available delivery date, or a refund.  Please understand that due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we are unable to accept returns. Please note, if a refund is provided, we will keep a 2% card processing fee.


If you wish to change your order (for example date or delivery address) please let us know within 12 hours of the delivery date. 

We have a 30-day return policy for our dried flowers, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return of dried flowers, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase. You are responsible for the cost of returning the dried flowers to us.
